Mosaic Aisles LLC (“Mosaic Aisles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the marketplace at 5800 South Flamingo Road, Cooper City, Florida, and the website at mosaicaisles.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Where we use non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we do so only after you agree through the cookie banner on our Site. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, as described in the “Cookies and your choices” section below.

Information you give us. When you apply to become a vendor, create a vendor account, contact us, or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, booth preferences, and payment information.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, and only in the categories you allow, as described below.

We use personal information to operate and improve the marketplace and the Site, including to review and manage vendor applications and accounts, process booth payments, display the vendor directory and event information, respond to your inquiries, send you updates and marketing communications you have agreed to receive, understand how the Site is used, and meet our legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

Vendor information shown publicly. If you are a vendor, the business information you provide for your listing, such as your business name, description, and booth location, may be displayed publicly in our directory and used to promote the marketplace.

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

• Essential (always active). Required for the Site to work, including security, page navigation, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics (optional, off until you accept). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This involves cookies and identifiers that, together with your IP address and device information, may be considered personal information under some laws. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalization, we do not use this data for advertising, and these cookies are set only if you accept them.
• Maps and embedded content (optional, off until you accept). Loads interactive maps and other content hosted by third parties. If you decline, embedded maps will not load until you choose to load them.

You can accept or decline non-essential categories through our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time from this page.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to decline non-essential cookies, and you do not need to take any further action.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above rather than Do Not Track.

Manage Cookie Preferences

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers. With companies that perform services for us, including our website host, our analytics provider, our payment processor, and our email and text-message delivery platforms. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use the information only to provide services to us.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive text messages from us about vendor updates, events, and marketplace communications at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of applying for a booth or of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance.

You may ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, or delete it, subject to legal exceptions. We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within forty-five (45) days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are a resident of a state that grants additional privacy rights, we will honor those rights as required by applicable law.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete or de-identify it. Vendor application and account records are kept for the duration of the vendor relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and contractual purposes. Text-message consent records are kept as proof of consent. Inquiry and contact-form messages are kept for a limited period. Analytics information is kept according to our analytics retention setting, which we set to the shortest period that meets our needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls on vendor account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Florida law.

The Site may link to or embed third-party content and services, including mapping services. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice.
